Job Description

Job Location Details: The Trust Concierge Team provides high quality customer service by responding to telephone inquiries, requests, and problems for an affluent client reputed company where the bank is acting as trustee, agent or custodian. Resolves problems and errors and processes routine customer service requests, ensuring compliance with legal requirements is being met and risk is being monitored reputed company designated authority reputed company. This position is generally the first reputed company of contact for clients being serviced by an administrative team. This position also performs reputed company callbacks to prevent fraud and assure reputed company accuracy. This duty is performed for WM Banking and Trust departments.
