The Facility Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of assigned facility sites reputed company a multi-market portfolio. This role supports operations and maintenance that includes but not limited, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety, emergency power supply systems along with, budgeting, capital planning, vendor management, compliance, emergency preparedness/response, and long term facility management strategy. Key Responsibilities

People & Operations Leadership Coordinate and support operation and maintenance support provided by vendor partnerships. Promote and maintain a safe working environment for staff, occupants, and visitors. Financial Management Support the development and management of annual operating and capital budgets. Manage vendor performance to ensure service delivery meets contractual, safety, and quality standards. Experience Minimum of 5 years of comprehensive facility and/or property management experience. Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from an accredited college or university.
