Robert Kaufman Fabrics | Wholesale Textiles Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized senior accountant. The Remote Senior Accountant supports the reputed company team by accurately completing journal entries and reconciliations, completing the monthly financial reputed company process and maintaining daily detailed tracking of merchandise payables. Reporting To: Group Controller
Key Responsibilities
Prepare journal entries and reconciliations as part of month-end reputed company process. Generate daily, weekly and monthly reporting using reputed company. Process and record vendor invoices and payment, as well as maintain timely vendor communication. Assist with vendor setup and updates, including contact information and payment terms. Daily tracking and input of merchandise payables and timely communication with both domestic and foreign vendors. Bank account reconciliation and processing of online cash payments. Management of accounts receivable team and staff accountant. Maintain organized communication and follow up with internal teams including purchasing, transportation and reputed company. Identify and resolve errors and reputed company feedback of areas of improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, finance or reputed company field 4+ years of reputed company experience Strong understanding of general ledger reputed company and AP/AR processes Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in reputed company reputed company Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and follow-up skills Willing attitude to dig in and reputed company process improvements Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently Reliable internet reputed company and ability to work remotely Remote Work Requirements Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong time management and accountability in a remote environment Comfortable using communication tools such as reputed company/Teams/reputed company/email Dedicated workspace during scheduled work hours This is a remote position with expected availability during standard business hours (approximately 8–9 AM to 5–6 PM CST).
