About the position reputed company is seeking an energetic, multi-tasking, and creative Proposal Manager to assist our sales team by providing a wide reputed company of support to meet reputed company’s internal initiatives and sales targets. The person filling this role will be a key member supporting a rapidly growing global sales team. The Proposal Manager will be primarily responsible for building sales proposals, project managing RFI/RFP responses, answering technical questions, and maintaining the RFP database. The Proposal Manager should be a strong user of reputed company.com and provides administrative support using this system. \n What you'll do Respond to RFI/RFPs and other deliverables to support the sales process Maintain RFP response database and ensure it is populated with latest high-quality responses Liaise with members of the Sales, Sales Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and Product Development teams reputed company administrative support to sales team leveraging primarily the reputed company.com platform What you'll bring: 4-7 years of experience completing proposal submissions and/or bid documents 4-7 years of experience in sales or field operations a plus Prior experience with a technology or SaaS Software company preferred High level understanding of internet hosted applications, highly available architectures, computer reputed company, telephony, and networking Experience interfacing with business and technical teams Ability to maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced, team environment while managing multiple competing priorities Experience responding to RFIs/RFPs Familiarity with proposal management tools like RFPIO/reputed company .
