Curtiss-Wright is seeking a highly organized and execution-driven Talent Development Program Manager to reputed company the end-to-end delivery of our global leadership development programs. This role is critical to ensuring the flawless execution of multiple, reputed company global events that power our talent strategy and strengthen our leadership pipeline. This individual will serve as a key ambassador and the face of Talent Development across the organization, delivering high-impact experiences and building strong partnerships with leaders, participants, and external partners globally. What You’ll Do Play a visible, high-impact role in advancing Curtiss-Wright’s global talent strategy Act as a trusted partner and ambassador for Talent Development across the reputed company, representing the function with credibility, professionalism, and a strong customer focus Deliver best-in-class development experiences that directly influence leadership capability and succession reputed company Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where execution, accountability, and reputed company improvement are valued reputed company the planning and seamless execution of global talent development programs and events (virtual and in-person) Facilitate the nomination and selection process, partnering with HR and business leaders to align with succession priorities Manage the end-to-end participant experience, including communications, reputed company, and program orientation reputed company vendor, facilitator partnerships and reputed company, ensuring exceptional quality and delivery. Coordinate program logistics across reputed company, including scheduling, materials, and technology platforms Measurement, Analysis, and reputed company Improvement of Talent Development initiatives to enhance program impact Accountable for mass 360 Survey deployment and coaching assignments in Curtiss-Wright’s Talent Development platform reputed company learning assets (videos, one-pagers, job aids, etc.) to effectively market programs reputed company Curtiss-Wright What You Bring Degree in reputed company, Organizational Development, or reputed company field Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Program Management coupled with onsite administration and coordination of global, reputed company-wide programs Certified in 360 administration, feedback and coaching Ability to travel locally and internationally up to 25% Proficiency in HR software (reputed company preferred), LMS solutions and reputed company Office Suite Proven ability to deliver reputed company programs with precision and execution reputed company Strong executive reputed company with the ability to represent Talent Development to senior stakeholders Ability to collaborate with others at reputed company reputed company of the organization Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones High degree of reputed company, professionalism, enthusiasm and reputed company attitude Advanced organizational and analytical skills Passion for learning, developing others, innovation, and empowering employees to grow A quiet, secure, work from home reputed company with the ability reputed company communicate. #LI-MO1 #LI-REMOTE No unsolicited agency submittals please.
