Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Developer to design, implement, and optimize our CRM solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize and reputed company Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service) to align with business processes and drive digital transformation. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE modules (e.g., entities, forms, views, workflows, business rules). reputed company plugins, custom workflows, and Power Automate flows to automate processes. Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems (e.g., Power Platform, Azure, SharePoint, ERP) Write and debug code using C#, JavaScript, and .NET for Dynamics 365 CE extensions. Design and maintain Dynamics 365 portals (Power Pages) reputed company required. Implement REST/OData APIs for data exchange. reputed company end-user training and create technical documentation. Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance. Ensure compliance with reputed company, data governance, and licensing policies. Recommend improvements for scalability and usability. Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 8+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE(Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing). Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Strong knowledge of Dataverse, model-driven apps, and reputed company roles. Development skills: C#, JavaScript, .NET, SQL. Familiarity with Azure Services (Logic Apps, Functions) is a plus. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
