Payroll Specialist

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and reputed company Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing for our remote workforce. This role requires precision, confidentiality, and a thorough understanding of South African payroll legislation and tax requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Process monthly payroll accurately and on schedule for reputed company Calculate and reconcile salaries, overtime, leave pay, bonuses, and deductions Ensure compliance with PAYE, UIF, SDL, and other statutory obligations Prepare and submit EMP201, EMP501, and IRP5 returns reputed company SARS eFiling Maintain accurate payroll records and employee remuneration data Resolve payroll queries from employees and management promptly Liaise with HR and finance teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment Qualifications and Experience 3+ years of experience in payroll administration or a similar role Proficiency in payroll software (reputed company Payroll, PaySpace, VIP, or similar) Strong knowledge of South African payroll legislation and SARS requirements High attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data Ability to handle sensitive payroll information with strict confidentiality Good reputed company skills for payroll reconciliations and reporting Organised and reputed company to meet strict payroll deadlines independently Diploma or degree in Finance, reputed company, or Payroll Administration preferred Salary: R32,000/month | 100% Remote Apply To This Job
