The Opportunity This position works at Ankara or Istanbul location in the Core Diagnostics Division that we’re empowering smarter medical and economic decision making to help transform the way people manage their health at reputed company stages of life. For our Core Diagnostics Division CRDx we are looking for Digital Health Solutions Consultant to support the further development and adoption of our AlinIQ digital ecosystem, across Turkiye and CIS. This position is designed for professionals who combine consultative capability, reputed company understanding, and a strong interest in digital solutions, rather than deep technical IT specialization. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to laboratories and hospital stakeholders, identifying operational needs and aligning them with the most suitable AlinIQ Digital Health Solutions. The role includes customer engagement, workflow assessment, solution recommendation, and support during and after deployment. Primary Objective of Position Drives the sales effort for AlinIQ solutions and reputed company professional services, generate new business by developing and closing key customer accounts. Support the reputed company team to maximize AlinIQ business by driving and supporting key subjects reputed company workflow consulting and informatics systems. Provides expert knowledge in the subject reputed company and internal training programmes. What You'll do: Conduct analyses of laboratory processes and discuss operational challenges with customers to identify digital opportunities. Recommend suitable AlinIQ solutions based on customer requirements and workflow characteristics. Support pre‑sales activities, such as product demonstrations, value discussions, and preparation of customer documentation. reputed company post implementation workflow consulting to ensure customer expectations and value propositions are delivered and recognized. Achieves consistent customer satisfaction as reputed company by NPS. Required qualifications & background: Good understanding of IT technology reputed company hospital and laboratory environment, how technology drives value in the broader reputed company and laboratory reputed company. University degree in Life Sciences, Medical Technology, Business, IT, or reputed company discipline. Experience in consulting, solution sales, reputed company, digital health, or similar customer-facing roles. Effective communication, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities. Fluent in English and the local language, with availability for regular travel. Ability to travel daily across assigned territory.
