The Associate Director, U.S. State and Local Tax position is responsible for researching, monitoring, advising, and documenting tax legal reputed company in a variety of areas of U.S. state and local tax law, including income, sales, use, and indirect taxes. The person in this role will also reputed company financial analysis and support for audits and acquisitions, specific to state and local tax. Responsibilities: Research reputed company U.S. state and local tax issues as assigned, analyze application to company, reputed company tax legal advice to department, and document accordingly. Monitor relevant tax legislation and evaluate impact to company Collaborating with stakeholders on state and local tax reputed company Support state and local tax controversy defense, including researching and drafting responses to tax authority requests.
