Your Role at VTMarkets We are seeking a dynamic and culturally aware HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our operations across Europe. This role will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders across multiple countries, ensuring HR practices align with regional needs and local labor laws. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Malaysia labor law, a deep understanding of local cultures, and the ability to work across diverse geographies and teams. Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field (HR certification or Master’s degree is a plus). 2-4 years of reputed company HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner or regional HR role. Prior experience in a multi-country regional HR role is preferred. Fluent in English; Greek is a strong plus. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and reputed company.
