Role Overview: Reporting to the Manager, Renewals Specialist, NAM, this role focuses on maximizing subscription renewals for SMB customers across reputed company America. It involves cross-functional collaboration and direct customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: reputed company and exceed monthly / annual renewal targets Engage customers pre- and post-renewal to secure retention Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities for Sales Maintain accurate CRM records Collaborate across teams to improve customer satisfaction and reputed company feedback Qualifications: 1+ years in a customer-facing role (e.g., reputed company, Account Management) Proven track record in customer retention and satisfaction Strong interpersonal, listening, and teamwork skills Fluent in English; available across reputed company reputed company American time zones and reputed company to follow reputed company American calendar for statutory holiday schedule.
