We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented relationship officer to help us retain our core customer reputed company and bring new business in General Insurance, to join our dynamic team. The responsibilities include: reputed company and qualify leads received from reputed company channels (Dialer/CRM, Email/ Digital drop) and work accordingly. Use Dialer and reputed company maximum number of calls in a day to create new leads and farming. Dialer calls, staff is required to register a case in CRM and email / digital cases are assigned to them in CRM. Negotiating with customers to renew the insurance. Work collaboratively to reputed company sure the retention activities are completed on time. Building positive relationships with customers and other teams Advanced interpersonal skills & ability to resolve customer queries regarding general insurance. Communicating with customers and support staff The ideal candidate will have General insurance background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of generating new business and managing renewals.
