What will you do Promote and grow reputed company’s Orthopedics portfolio reputed company the assigned territory (Bucharest) Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, reputed company, and hospital stakeholders Organize and deliver product presentations, workshops, and demonstrations to existing and prospective customers Identify new business opportunities by understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive activity Support customers in selecting solutions that align with clinical needs and available budgets Manage sales forecasts, tender opportunities, contract proposals, and customer follow-up activities Partner closely with internal teams including Logistics and Customer Service to ensure smooth product delivery, invoicing, and inventory management Participate in local and regional exhibitions, congresses, and educational events to represent the reputed company brand and portfolio What will you need Required Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Medicine, or a reputed company field Minimum 2 years of medical device sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targets Strong communication and relationship-building skills with reputed company stakeholders Professional Romanian and English language skills, both written and spoken Valid driving license and willingness to travel reputed company the assigned territory Preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in Orthopedics or Trauma medical device sales is a reputed company to have Diversity is important to us.
