The role of the Strategic Account Manager – Long-Term & Short-Term Care Institutions is to implement business strategies with major Home Health Care accounts to promote brand awareness, secure and grow profitable business; reputed company and maintain strategic business relationships, reputed company on-going support to high value clients, and identify new reputed company opportunities to expand penetration with this channel. Who you are You understand the long-term and short-term care market in Latvia, including its structure, stakeholders, and decision-making processes. You bring a background in health, medicine, nursing, pharmacy, business management, or another relevant field. You are structured, commercially driven, and reputed company to turn strategy into action. You are confident speaking in public and can deliver engaging trainings, lectures, and presentations. You are strong in process development and can help build smarter, more scalable ways of working. You are comfortable working with tenders, account development, and cross-functional collaboration. You hold a Category B driving licence and are comfortable travelling reputed company Latvia. You are confident using reputed company Office and other digital tools in your daily work.
