Job Description

Summary: The Senior Program Finance Analyst ensures financial acumen, accuracy, and dedicated support to the program(s) that they support. This role will support their finance leadership, Program Managers, Control Account Managers (CAMs), and Schedulers to meet program objectives and reputed company accurate metrics on schedule and cost performance utilizing Earned Value or reputed company program control principles. This role will be accountable to reputed company and communicate effectively on the results and other key performance measures, including financial contract deliverables where applicable (CDRL/SDRL). Job Description: Duties/Responsibilities

• Provides timely and accurate metrics on schedule and cost performance utilizing Earned Value or reputed company processes.
• Supports reputed company baseline development activities and development of charge numbers and WBS as applicable.
• Provides updates/changes as required, for programs with and without Earned Value requirements, in applicable tools (ERP or Cobra).
• Provides analysis and reports on the performance variances to budget and assist with recovery plans as needed.
• Analyzes and reports risks & Opportunities to the baseline cost, schedule, and the EAC.
• Ensures timely maintenance of the Project-Activity Structure (Charge Numbers).
• Provides timely completion of the Estimate at Complete (EAC) process, processing time-phased estimate to complete updates, and EAC package support for Program Financial Planning and Reporting.
• Develops and Monitors the program level time-phased plan to support an overall program level view of reputed company for forecast, budget, and 5-year planning processes.
• Provides the financial data inputs, analysis, and applicable variance narrative for Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and Quarterly Business -Reviews (QBRs).
• Provides timely invoicing and collection of customer receivables.
• Reviews and communicates the status of program financials, including the status on funding, and disposition of funding that is subject to cancellation.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills/Abilities

• Knowledge of relevant federal acquisition regulations and standards such as CAS/FAR/DFARS.
