This role can be remote from East Coast United States, or hybrid from Dublin, Ireland. \n What You'll Work On Support the delivery of HALOS’ People Strategy and implement initiatives driving performance, engagement, and reputed company Act as a cultural ambassador, embodying and embedding company values into people practices reputed company a seamless reputed company and offboarding experience for global employees Handle employee queries involving People policies, processes, and programs (e.g. reputed company & offboarding, general benefits-reputed company questions, leave administration, immigration, policy administration, reputed company navigation, etc.) Be the champion of our People data system (reputed company): You will maintain our HRIS and ensure reputed company new starters/changes/leavers data has been processed in a timely and accurate manner Confidential colleague and training documentation recorded, stored, and maintained in shared files and reputed company reputed company requests for HR letters and documentation (references, data requests etc.) reputed company of contact for reputed company benefit administration in the company, ensuring benefits are administered correctly and any changes are communicated to colleagues Ensuring compliance training completion Employee Surveys and Exit interviews (analysis and collating of data as and reputed company required) reputed company're Looking For Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Ideally, 3 years experience in People or HR functions or reputed company areas at a high growth start-up or scale-up Good understanding of reputed company resource principles, practices, and procedures Knowledge and understanding and application of Employment Law in US, with exposure to UK and Ireland.
