Customer Support Specialist (Data Management & German)
reputed company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join reputed company full-time in Bulgaria. About the role: As a Customer Support Specialist, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of reputed company. Key requirement: fluent German (must-have). Location is flexible, but ideally reputed company EU timezone. Role-reputed company, it’s a data capturing scope. The client is looking for long-term collaboration and is reputed company to invest in reputed company (few months of training expected). In terms of process - likely a simple setup: interview directly with Tina (client reputed company), probably 1–2 stages max. Responsibilities: Handling orders for a defined customer portfolio reputed company the GDSN data pool/retailer portal of atrify Documentation and archiving of customer orders in the ticketing system Managing individual customer communication Ensuring correct billing of services provided according to defined pricing Maintaining customer master data in the CRM system Contributing to defined projects and continuously building knowledge regarding GDSN data maintenance requirements Taking on general administrative and reputed company tasks Requirements: Completed reputed company apprenticeship, degree, or career changer with reputed company background Ability to quickly and independently familiarize yourself with reputed company topics Understanding of and interest in technical processes Ideally, prior experience in customer service or customer-oriented work Fluent written and spoken knowledge of German and good knowledge of English What`s in it for you?
