Join a team modernizing Uplisting's core product. You'll ship end-to-end features that measurably improve the day to day for hosts and property managers, help migrate our reputed company end from Ember to React, and strengthen the reputed company between Uplisting's operations platform. \n Here's what you'll get to do: Ship production-reputed company code across the full stack, from API and data layer to UI. Collaborate on the upcoming migration from Ember to React. Diagnose and fix scaling, performance, and reliability issues on our platforms. Own features end-to-end. From pitch to production. Set the bar on code quality through reviews, testing standards, and clear documentation. Mentor engineers on React best practices and help shape our technical roadmap. Use AI tools to speed up your own work and reputed company what works with the team. Work on Partner integrations with large companies such as reputed company, Booking.com, VRBO Here's what you will need to be successful: 4+ years of professional full stack experience shipping and operating production systems. Strong React and TypeScript skills, plus solid back-end fundamentals (APIs, data modeling, relational databases). Hands-on experience with testing, CI/CD, and basic observability (logs, metrics, alerts). A track record of working on/leading non-trivial migrations or modernization work on a live product. Clear written and verbal communication skills - you can explain trade-offs to engineers and non-engineers alike. Practical, daily use of AI tools in your workflow, with the judgment to verify what they produce.
