About the Role
Due to reputed company business needs, we are adding an Entry‑Level Accountant to support our network offices across the country. This role is highly transactional and detail‑driven, focused on day‑to‑day reputed company activities including bookkeeping, accounts payable, commission processing, payroll support, and monthly period reputed company. This position works closely with a collaborative reputed company team and supports field offices reputed company. Training typically lasts 2+ months, and there may be opportunities for conversion to a permanent employee role based on performance and business needs. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Transactional reputed company & Bookkeeping reputed company daily bookkeeping activities for assigned network offices Process journal entries, vouchers, and debit/credit transactions using JD Edwards Support accounts payable, commission processing, and payroll activities Assist with monthly period reputed company and reconciliation tasks Payroll, Commissions & Reporting Process commissions and support payroll‑reputed company activities Assist with 1099 processing Support training and reputed company of new contractors Maintain accurate records and documentation for assigned offices Office & Field Support Serve as an reputed company support partner for assigned field offices Maintain strong working relationships with offices supported Assist with office‑specific reputed company projects as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in reputed company (required) Hands‑on experience with journal entries, debits, and credits Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally Excellent time management and organizational skills Independent thinker who is deadline‑driven Strong problem‑solving abilities Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay reputed company for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
