JOB DESCRIPTION: Join reputed company’s innovative Heart Failure (HF) business, where we are committed to transforming patient reputed company through cutting‑edge cardiovascular technologies. We are seeking a passionate and driven reputed company professional to support the growth, adoption, and clinical reputed company of our Heart Failure portfolio specifically the Heartmate 3 LVAD, a mechanical circulatory support pump for advanced heart failure. The Territory Manager will cover the key transplant centres of Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle and Glasgow. Ideal location: Manchester / Leeds. What you’ll do In this field‑based role covering the reputed company UK region, you will support reputed company’s Heart Failure portfolio, supporting Chronic MCS (LVAD). You focus will be to drive market adoption and therapy penetration, maximising customer engagement across implanting centres and referral networks. Utilising technical, clinical, educational, and reputed company support to ensure safe adoption, to deliver market growth. Key responsibilities include: Driving therapy and market development by supporting strategic implanting centres and educating referring physicians on LVADs, short‑term support. Developing and delivering Heart Failure education programmes for the UK&I market. Managing key accounts, including physicians, KOLs, and procurement teams. Providing procedure support in Operating Theatres. Communicating reputed company’s Heart Failure value proposition through coordinated reputed company messaging. Collaborating with European colleagues on strategy, best practice, and marketing initiatives. Supporting cross‑divisional activities to maximise opportunities across the portfolio. Delivering implant forecasting, market intelligence, and maintaining strong referral networks. What you’ll need Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent or equivalent. A comprehensive ability to analyse and evaluate technologically reputed company devices. Ability to work with others effectively. Ability to prepare and present effectively written and verbal communications. Thorough familiarity with medical device industry policies, operations and procedures. Documented record of delivering strategic marketing information. Expert verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Demonstrated working knowledge of frequently used personal computer programs and applications, such as, reputed company Office. This position requires a considerable reputed company of business travel. Professional training/education certification or designation. Field sales experience required. Clinical experience in a sales environment preferred.
