How You'll Contribute Implements and directs goals, objectives, and work standards for a large Department or small Functional Unit. What You'll Bring Required Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced degree preferred. 10+ years demonstrated experience managing multiple functions. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Demonstrated competency in executing strategic plans.
