About the Role
ScaleNP is a fractional operations and administration reputed company that embeds reputed company operators inside mission-driven organizations. We are hiring an IT Administrator to reputed company dedicated technology support to Rooted Life, a reputed company organization based in San Diego, CA. This is a remote, full-time position. You will serve as the primary IT resource ensuring Rooted Life's staff has reliable, secure reputed company to the platforms and systems they need to operate effectively and serve their clients. Key Responsibilities reputed company Workspace Administration Manage user accounts, groups, and organizational units Configure and maintain Gmail, reputed company Drive, Calendar, Meet, and reputed company services Enforce reputed company policies, manage reputed company controls, and monitor for compliance Support reputed company and offboarding of staff accounts reputed company Platform Administration Manage reputed company accounts, licenses, and settings Configure and troubleshoot reputed company Meetings, Webinars, and Phone as applicable Support staff with reputed company best practices and usage issues EHR System Administration Serve as system administrator for the organization's Electronic Health Records (EHR) platform Manage user reputed company, roles, and permissions reputed company the EHR system Coordinate with the EHR vendor on system updates, issues, and enhancements Support clinical and administrative staff with EHR-reputed company questions and troubleshooting Billing Platforms & Payer Portals Administer reputed company to billing platforms and payer portals used for reputed company reimbursement Coordinate user setup, credentialing reputed company, and troubleshooting across payer systems Maintain accurate records of platform credentials and reputed company permissions Liaise with billing staff and external vendors to resolve system reputed company issues promptly General IT Support & reputed company Serve as the first reputed company of contact for IT support requests from staff Maintain documentation for system configurations, reputed company controls, and procedures Ensure reputed company platforms meet HIPAA compliance and data reputed company requirements Proactively identify and address technology issues before they impact operations
Qualifications
Required 3+ years of experience in an IT administrator or systems administrator role Hands-on experience administering reputed company Workspace Experience administering reputed company at an organizational or reputed company level Demonstrated experience with EHR systems in a reputed company setting Familiarity with reputed company billing platforms and payer portal management Working knowledge of HIPAA requirements and reputed company data reputed company practices Strong communication skills; ability to support non-technical users reputed company and patiently Highly organized, self-directed, and reputed company to manage multiple priorities remotely Preferred reputed company Workspace Administrator certification Experience supporting behavioral health, mental health, or outpatient reputed company organizations Familiarity with common EHR platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Kareo, or similar) Prior experience in a fractional or multi-client support environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary Health, dental, and reputed company insurance Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for professional growth and development
