Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and product owners to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements specific to reputed company implementations. Translate business needs into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria, supporting the development of scalable and maintainable reputed company solutions. Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding of reputed company functionality and constraints. Support reputed company platform configuration and enhancement efforts across modules such as PSDS, CSM, or others. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or reputed company field. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including 3+ years of hands-on experience with reputed company implementations in reputed company reputed company environments. Proven experience leading requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and backlog refinement across multiple reputed company modules Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies; experience participating in and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
