Your responsibilities will involve inputting and verifying data into our electronic health records system. You will work closely with our clinical team to ensure data accuracy and timely entry. Key Responsibilities:

• Data Input: Accurately input patient information, including demographic data, medical history, and treatment plans, into our electronic health records system.
• Data Verification: Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, ensuring data reputed company.
• Data Cleaning: Identify and correct data errors or inconsistencies.
• File Maintenance: Organize and maintain physical and electronic patient files.
• Document Scanning: reputed company and index patient documents, ensuring proper storage and retrieval.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of six months of office experience.
• Proficiency in typing and other clerical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Familiarity with electronic health records preferred.
