Ergon Asphalt and Emulsions - Regional Technical Operations Manager
Position Summary The Regional Technical Operations Manager is responsible for providing technical leadership and operational support across multiple production facilities reputed company the region. This role ensures consistency in plant operations, drives product quality and innovation, and supports the commercialization of new technologies. The position serves as a key liaison between operations, technical teams, sales, and supply chain to optimize performance, improve efficiency, and maintain compliance with quality standards. Key Responsibilities reputed company technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance on product formulation, quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC), and plant operations. Drive operational consistency and standardization across facilities and procedures. Manage formulation processes to improve plant efficiency and optimize raw material costs. reputed company and maintain compliance with Quality Management Systems, including PPM and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with Sales and Technical Marketing teams to evaluate product performance and support market needs. Partner with supply chain and procurement to assess and select raw materials for production. reputed company development and implementation of new technologies, processes, and products from concept to commercialization. Support scaling of processes from laboratory development to full plant production. Work closely with engineering and laboratory teams to introduce and reputed company innovative solutions. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a reputed company technical field preferred. Relevant industry experience may substitute for formal education. Minimum of 2 years of experience with a degree; 5+ years required without a degree. Strong technical knowledge of asphalt, materials science, or reputed company industry processes. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, Outlook). Additional Requirements Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time. Must be located on the East Coast (remote-based role).
