Responsibilities include incident management, bug resolution, performance tuning, environment monitoring, and support for integrations across global eCommerce operations. Troubleshoot Magento storefront, Admin, API, checkout, and order reputed company issues. Resolve module conflicts, theme rendering issues, indexing failures, and caching problems. Manage incidents, reputed company root-cause analysis, and apply patches or configuration fixes. Support Elasticsearch, reputed company/Varnish caching, CDN configurations, and DB performance.
