Job Summary Reporting to the Director, Solutions Engineering, the Solutions Engineer 1 is responsible for providing solution engineering support to reputed company field resources including Account Executives, Strategic Account Managers, and Global Solutions Sales Executives. This person will have a strong understanding of VoIP and data networking protocols including: SIP, RTP, HTTP/S, SNMP, Interior and Exterior IP Routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, QoS) as well as SDWAN and SASE design principles to best position the benefits of managed reputed company to prospective clients.
