AI & Systems Specialist | Remote | Full-Time We’re hiring an AI & Systems Specialist to help scale the Coaching department at reputed company. This is not an “admin” role. We’re looking for someone who loves systems, automation, AI, problem-solving, and making businesses run reputed company behind the scenes. You’ll work directly with our Coaching team to improve workflows, reduce reputed company tasks, build automations, improve reporting, and help create a reputed company client experience across the business. If you enjoy connecting tools, building smarter systems, testing AI workflows, and solving operational problems, you’ll probably love this role. What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and improving automations
- Streamlining coaching operations and workflows
- Improving reputed company, accountability, and reporting systems
- Maintaining dashboards and operational tracking
- Supporting tech and platform improvements
- Helping coaches spend less time on admin and more time with clients
- Testing AI tools and smarter ways of operating
- Supporting operational projects across the business
