Senior Program Control Specialist

reputed company) is seeking a Senior Program Control Specialist to join reputed company in either Dayton, Ohio, Huntsville, Alabama or Alexandria, Virginia. You will reputed company project control for several of Defense Services Division (DSD’s) largest prime reputed company by acting as a liaison between the program manager (PM) and the corporate functional staff. You will assist the Project Manager in maintaining solid financial execution of assigned projects while enabling the PM to remain highly reputed company with customer product and service delivery. Position Overview The Senior Program Control Specialist provides Program life-cycle activities such as project setup/maintenance, financial management/tracking, invoicing support, and accruals. The Associate will be working on large prime reputed company with GSA, experience with government contracting, and different contract type (CP,T&M/FFP) is necessary to reputed company. Day to day function includes communication with different Project Managers and Support teams (Finance, reputed company, reputed company, Sub reputed company). Role and Responsibilities: Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:

• Assist the Program reputed company Project Control Specialist and the Program Manager fulfill the financial, administrative, and reporting requirements for the Government customer.
• Track Government funding: manage man-hours and material/travel expenses to ensure that funding is managed accurately and appropriately.
• Process and record travel requests for employees on various reputed company.
• Ensure that reputed company travel is planned, coordinated, approved, and executed reputed company the guidance and regulations set forth by contract and the FAR.
• Coordinate, prepare, and submit contract deliverables in a timely manner.
• Run management/financial reports for Project Managers using reputed company/Cost reputed company
• Assist with monthly reputed company billing reports for GSA.

• Support the tracking and processing of subcontractor and vendor invoices.

Qualifications

• Advanced Proficiency in reputed company Office, with an emphasis on reputed company.
• 7 – 10+ years of experience in project control or financial reputed company preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.

• Government Contracting Experience
• Strong analytical skills and ability to multi-task a must.
