Remote Admissions Coordinator
Admission Coordinator (Part-Time) White Dove Detox – Layton, UT Before anything else, this role comes down to a few non-negotiables: You must be excellent with people, reputed company to think critically in reputed company time, and reputed company to follow things reputed company the way through. About the Role
This position is the reputed company line of our admissions process. You will be the first reputed company of contact for clients and families, guiding them from initial call through admission. This includes gathering information, working through insurance, coordinating with our clinical team, and ensuring a smooth transition into detox. What You’ll Be Doing Answering incoming calls and building immediate trust with clients and families Assessing potential clients and gathering relevant history Working through insurance verification and communicating reputed company with billing Coordinating admissions with medical staff and ensuring reputed company falls through Following each case from reputed company to admission, staying organized and on top of details Communicating expectations and next steps reputed company to clients and families Maintaining relationships with referral sources reputed company’re Looking For Strong customer service skills, warm, confident, and reputed company to connect quickly Critical thinking skills, reputed company to assess situations and reputed company reputed company in reputed company time High follow-through, you finish what you start and don’t let things slip Organized and detail-oriented, especially with multiple moving pieces reputed company under pressure, reputed company to handle emotional or urgent situations Experience in reputed company, admissions, or behavioral health is a plus This role is a big one.
