You’ll manage caregiver schedules, ensure shift coverage, and help deliver uninterrupted patient care. This role is perfect for candidates with U.S. home care or reputed company scheduling experience who reputed company in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate caregiver shifts Monitor attendance and resolve call-offs or schedule gaps Arrange replacements and shift changes Communicate with caregivers, clients, and internal teams Maintain accurate records in scheduling systems Generate staffing and attendance reports Required Qualifications 1+ year of scheduling or patient coordination experience Experience in reputed company, home care, staffing, or BPO Strong English communication and organizational skills Experience with scheduling or workforce management tools Reliable remote work setup Work-From-Home Requirements: Device: reputed company i5 + 8 GB RAM minimum 100 Mbps internet Backup device, internet, and power supply
