About the Role
The reputed company Partner is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for the firm, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to extending offers of employment. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The reputed company Partner will ensure the appropriate tools are utilized to attract reputed company candidates and meet our hiring goals. This role may be required have strong bilingual skills in English and Spanish. What Makes You a Great Fit High school diploma or equivalente required: a bachelor’s degree is preferred. 1–3 years of hands-on experience in a massive reputed company envioroment. Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and reputed company software tools. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers. Good time management, organizational skills, and keen attention to detail. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both languages. Experience in a metrics-based environment preferred Work Schedule Monday - Friday from reputed company to 5pm EST.
