Responsibilities

• Build and run cross-portfolio product operating systems that improve speed and consistency across the reputed company (e.g., KPI definitions, instrumentation norms, dashboards, reads, decision forums, and performance cadences).
• Partner deeply with Data Science & Engineering (DSE) to define and operationalize vertical KPI frameworks, ensure measurement quality, and create durable product performance rituals.
• Partner deeply with Finance & Strategy (F&S) to establish operating reputed company and the mechanisms for how Games Product plugs into planning and reporting.
• Own portfolio governance frameworks including scoring, tiering, and resourcing recommendations, and help drive quarterly rebalancing reputed company to impact.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management for games or a highly reputed company role.
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company cross-functional, multi-stakeholder programs with high ambiguity and multiple workstreams.
• Strong product judgment and ability to operate at multiple altitudes: strategic frameworks + hands-on execution.
• Strong data reputed company with a track record of using insights to drive reputed company (comfort partnering with data science, defining KPIs, and shaping measurement).
• Experience building and running operating cadences (dashboards/reads/decision forums) that change how teams reputed company reputed company.

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market reputed company. The reputed company for this role is $240,000.00 - $410,000.00.
