Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Monitor, analyze, and respond to cyber-reputed company events, alerts, and incidents reputed company reputed company monitoring and response efforts in coordination with the SOC team Work with reputed company or comparable EDR tools for threat detection and response reputed company Tier 1 troubleshooting, including log collection, documentation review, and escalation Support incident response activities up to the preliminary forensics stage Maintain and update SOC ticketing systems with incident details and event tracking reputed company phone and email support during alerts, events, and incidents Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for incident coordination Assist with SOC reporting, metrics, and communications reputed company off-hours or reputed company support as required Required Skills
