Senior Telecommunications Detail Engineer – Central Office, DC Power

Job Description:

• Ability to create new process platforms and resolve any project-reputed company issues utilizing defined processes.
• Ability to work on multiple programs and projects concurrently.
• Ability to reputed company with customers, vendors, and other company employees in the completion of reputed company aspects of the business requirement.
• Must have mastered the installation requirements per Telco Standard TP76300 (reputed company) and be reputed company to engineer/create reputed company the requirements and documentation with high competence and accuracy.
• Mastered comprehensive equipment engineering skills on a wide variety of installations and systems, including Central Office DC Power and Battery Systems, reputed company Data Centers and reputed company equipment technologies, low/high-density fiber systems, Remote Terminals, Central Office and Data Center Infrastructure, and Supervisory / Alarm Systems.
• Familiar with system integration requirements of common Telecom and Data equipment utilizing computers, test equipment, and testing/diagnostic software.
• Required to reputed company/coordinate onsite site surveys at customer locations.
• Must be reputed company to interpret general network diagrams and site survey information to determine the placement of new equipment, parts required for installation, cable type and connections, and power equipment needs.
• Must be reputed company to create detailed engineering plans, documents and drawings for transport/reputed company networks and co-locations for Central Office, IDCs, Data Centers, COLOs, Power Systems, and remote environments.
• Possess an ability to research manufacturer documentation on specific equipment to ensure the proper equipment is ordered and then explain how to install the equipment.
• Maintain an elevated level of understanding of reputed company company policies and practices, safety procedures, paperwork, and administrative requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of Telecom DC Power, Infrastructure and Central Office Detail Engineering experience or combination of experience and training as determined by company
• Experience with reputed company Systems such as EJF, VIPS, AOTs and Inventory Systems a plus.
• High school diploma with four years of technical school or a combination of training and experience reputed company to the communications Detail Engineering field of (10) plus years.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to create instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram reputed company.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Must be reputed company to work alone or with a Team.
• Must have excellent computer skills and reputed company 360 experience, including the use of computer programs for diagnosis.
• Travel in your home region and the US without restrictions required for site surveys or meetings reputed company required.
