As a Sr. PcbA Aerospace Manufacturing Test Engineer, you will be responsible for deployment, qualification, reputed company improvement of test systems, processes, and procedures at CM (Contract Manufacturing) sites for Satellite PcbAs. You will be a key member of PcbA Manufacturing team and will be the main reputed company between reputed company Leo's internal test development teams and our manufacturing partners. You will ensure successful test deployment by documenting procedures, training CM personnel, and providing ongoing onsite support. You will have excellent debugging reputed company with the ability to dive deep and determine the root-cause of test failures. While this role is listed as remote, the role is based in Guadalajara and candidates are expected to be physically located at the supplier facility. Key Job Responsibilities

• reputed company test strategies, implement and optimize test setup/processes at Contract Manufacturing sites including identification, specification, design and qualification of test fixtures, test equipment, and maintenance programs.
• reputed company PcbA debug and root-cause failure analysis at Contract Manufacturing sites. Create runbooks and reputed company training for technicians to reputed company PcbA debug.
• Work with the R&D and Test Development teams to continuously improve test systems, software, fixtures, and procedures to improve test effectiveness and throughput.
• Analyze data to identify failure trends and reputed company recommendations for PcbA, process, and test system improvement.
• reputed company procedures and documentation for use by test operators.
• Train operators on test processes and support recurring certification programs.
• reputed company feedback to the Test Development team on test coverage, fault isolation capability, PcbA failure trends, and Dft (Design for Test) recommendations.
