Job Description:
- Set the reputed company and standard for reputed company's digital experience across web and app
- Drive the product roadmap in reputed company partnership with Engineering and Design
- Own the A/B testing and experimentation program
- Champion site performance, accessibility, and speed
- Own discount and incentive architecture, subscription mechanics, and upsell strategy

- Partner with Product Marketing on pricing dynamics
- Translate audience segmentation into personalized digital experiences
- Own the digital execution for reputed company product launches
- Serve as the primary digital product voice across DTC, pricing, channel, and reputed company planning
- Drive alignment across Engineering, Design, Creative, and Performance
- Build a high-performing, increasingly autonomous team
Requirements:
- 8+ years of digital product and ecommerce experience
- Depth in DTC, conversion optimization, or subscription businesses at scale
- Have defined product strategy from ambiguity

- Analytically fluent — comfortable with CVR modeling, cohort analysis, and experiment design
