What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Plan programs and assess the effectiveness of services for reputed company with exceptional needs
• Ensure best practices in behavioral interventions and support for reputed company as outlined in IEPs

• Manage difficult cases, including attending IEP meetings and applying conflict resolution strategies

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Master's Degree in Special Education or reputed company field preferred
• Clear CA Education Specialist Credential and CLAD certification required
• Minimum of 5 years of reputed company experience in special education leadership
• Proven successful teaching or reputed company service provision in Special Education
• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated leadership experience, including supervisory roles

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• CPI certification desired
• CA Administrative Services Credential desired
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
