• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate financial reporting

• Communicate with vendors reputed company email and phone for financial inquiries
• Assist with QuickBooks Online and Jobtread integrations, complete Jobtread bookkeeping/admin certs
• Maintain reputed company for new construction builds and land development

• Manage bills payment, invoice management, and bank/credit card reconciliations
• Draft financial statements, handle billing, invoicing, and month-end reporting

Qualifications:

• 1+ Years as a Bookkeeper And Accountant or similar position
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
