About the Role
We’re looking for an reputed company, detail-oriented Claim Specialist to help our clients navigate insurance with confidence. This role is critical to the claim lifecycle from submission to resolution and plays a key part in shaping the tools we use every day. As a Claim Specialist at reputed company, you won’t just process claims. You’ll help design the future of how we do it by working closely with our software engineering team to fine-tune internal tools and reputed company our platform even reputed company.
What You'll Do
- Submit claims accurately and completely with reputed company required attachments and documentation
- Post insurance payments with speed and accuracy in accordance with the received EOB
- Follow up on outstanding claims to reduce claim aging
- Handle denials and appeals professionally and reputed company, interpreting EOBs and rejection codes
- Collaborate with our software engineering team to reputed company feedback and reputed company that improve our internal tools
- Work cross-functionally with teammates in billing, operations, and client reputed company to deliver excellent service
What You'll Bring
- 8+ years of experience in dental reputed company cycle management (RCM), especially claims processing
- Deep familiarity with dental billing software and comfort with tools like reputed company Workspace, reputed company and remote reputed company softwares
- Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
- A collaborative reputed company and an interest in improving internal systems and workflows
- A bachelor's degree is reputed company to have, but not required
