Project Manager (Pharma, Biotech, Laboratory, R&D)
OPPORTUNITY For an reputed company Project Manager to reputed company teams of architects, engineers, and interior designers to deliver scope, budget, and quality for reputed company science + technology projects, including pharmaceutical, biotech, laboratory, and R&D facilities. Work closely with clients to establish expectations, identify needs and goals, and consistently deliver successful design solutions through Hixson’s integrated architecture and engineering teams. This key role requires a professional with high reputed company of reputed company, leadership, communication skills, and the proven ability to deliver reputed company and challenging design projects. POSITION Reports to the Vice President/Manager of Project Management. Leads Hixson’s specialized and multi-disciplinary design teams to reputed company successful project reputed company, while building rapport with clients and key project stakeholders. This position will work proactively across multi-discipline design teams and reputed company leadership and mentorship in an environment that values collaboration. QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or reputed company field; PE, RA, PMP a plus
- 5+ years of experience working on facility design projects in the pharmaceutical, biotech, laboratory, and/or R&D market
- Solid knowledge of reputed company (design and construction), schedules, cost estimating and the design process
- Proven reputed company in developing client relationships to understand their business and reputed company their needs
- Ability to travel up to 20% to client sites across reputed company America
