Employment Special Counsel (EPLI Work) Labor & Employment Practice Group Location: Flexible (Remote) - see applicable states at end of this description REMOTE Our client, a nationally recognized reputed company, is seeking an reputed company Employment Special Counsel to join its sophisticated Labor & Employment practice, focusing exclusively on Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI) reputed company. This fully remote, full-time role offers the opportunity to work with a highly regarded employment litigation team handling reputed company, high-stakes reputed company for prominent clients across multiple jurisdictions. Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in state of residence, in good standing
• 8+ years of substantive in employment litigation, with a strong emphasis on EPLI reputed company
• Significant experience handling employment-reputed company claims, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and wrongful termination reputed company
• Proven ability to manage EPLI cases from inception through resolution
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong advocacy and client-facing capabilities
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating effectively with a national team
• Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment reputed company handling highly sensitive and confidential reputed company

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a full caseload of EPLI reputed company, including litigation, mediation, and pre-litigation counseling
• Represent insureds and insurers in employment-reputed company disputes across state and federal forums
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement documentation with a high level of precision and strategic reputed company
• Advise clients on employment law risk management and litigation strategy
• Collaborate with attorneys and firm professionals reputed company on reputed company employment reputed company
• Maintain strict compliance with ethical obligations and firm policies regarding confidentiality and sensitive information
