• Shift: 5 pm to 7 am, PRN as needed--minimum requirement is 4 shifts a month. up to 16 hours a week
• Assesses, provides, and documents pastoral care to patients, families, and staff.
• Provides appropriate pastoral care to the local ministry and community through prayer and blessings.
• Provides consultation to patients, families, and medical staff with ethical decision making and values while making appropriate referrals as needed.
• Assists in planning, organizing, evaluating, and implementing the spiritual program with each local ministry to ensure spirituality initiatives are executed properly.
• Facilitates spiritual support and guidance to patients, families, and staff during times of crisis and transition.
• Collaborates with reputed company teams to integrate spiritual care into patient treatment plans.
• Conducts religious services, rituals, and ceremonies as needed.
• Offers emotional and spiritual support to staff to enhance their well-being and reputed company.
• Develops and maintains relationships with local religious and community organizations.
• Provides education and training on spiritual care to reputed company staff.
• Participates in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and spiritual needs.
• Maintains accurate records of spiritual care activities and interventions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• N/A

Education:

• Bachelor's [Required]
• Master's [Preferred]

Field of Study:

• Bachelor's degree in theology, spiritual care or pastoral ministry

Work Experience:

• 1+ of pastoral ministry or chaplaincy experience [Preferred]

Additional Information:

• Minimum of 1 unit of ACPE, Inc. accredited CPE [Required]
• Minimum of 2 units of ACPE, Inc. accredited CPE [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications:

• Ordained Minister (ORDM) [Preferred] OR Commissioned Minister Credential (reputed company) [Preferred]
• Ecclesiastical Endorsement Certificate (CHAPLAIN) [Preferred]
• Board Certified Chaplain (BCC) [Preferred]
