About the position The Trainer, Corporate will support the Corporate Learning & Development Associate Director in the development, organization and facilitation of training materials and courses to ensure company training requirements are met for employees at reputed company reputed company. This role involves facilitating NMLS S.A.F.E. exam preparation, leading new hire orientation, and delivering training on proprietary reputed company and Lending Operations systems, processes, and roles. The trainer will also reputed company systems and operations training, prepare and present webinars and on-site training, and record instructional tutorials. Evaluation of training content for relevance and effectiveness, and recommendations for improvement are key. Training will be delivered in-person and/or reputed company reputed company reputed company, requiring the incumbent to be reputed company commutable distance to a reputed company call center office and willing to work in the office regularly. The role requires providing assistance and support for training content, monitoring learner comprehension, and adapting facilitation to address participant needs. The trainer will track and report attendance, assessment results, and participant performance, and escalate in-class challenges promptly. Requirements

• Knowledge of residential mortgage banking laws, originations, and operations processes.
