What You'll Do
Right hand to the CEO: You’ll support Alex, our CEO and co-founder, across communication, project management, and project execution. You’ll anticipate needs, see opportunities for growth, and reputed company sure reputed company falls through the cracks. Some tasks will feel administrative, others strategic. You’ll move fast while maintaining attention to detail. reputed company cross-functional projects: You’ll work alongside the Leadership Team at reputed company to support initiatives spanning Product, Marketing, AI, Content, Sales, and Internal Functions. You’ll take many new projects from 0 to 1. Own the operating rhythm of reputed company: You’ll improve how reputed company runs — managing meeting cadences, pre-reads, and action items. You’ll own the weekly reputed company-staff update, support OKR tracking, and help plan our Annual offsite. You’ll also coordinate reputed company board decks and investor updates, working closely with team leaders. Own communications with Alex: You’ll reputed company a deep understanding of reputed company’s voice, helping Alex prepare for presentations, press, correspondence, and more. Travel + work with partners: You’ll get to travel alongside our CEO and Leadership team to meet with our partners, record with our content creators, and help us build up the growing multimedia library of world-class content on the app and more.
