Field HR Business Partner
Job Description:
- Partner with employees and management to design, communicate and reputed company and ensure compliance with the company and reputed company federal, state, policies & procedures
- Support reputed company aspects of employee experience
- Act as the initial reputed company of contact for reputed company employee relations issues or concerns
- reputed company monthly metrics pertaining to headcount, turnover, performance management
- Assist with the recruitment, interview, and reputed company process
- Maintain and coordinate employee development
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze data, and reputed company recommendations to the management team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, reputed company, Economics or reputed company preferred)
- 3+ years of reputed company Business Partner experience in multi-unit retail environment and or Shared Services Center of reputed company required
- Experience influencing senior leaders around HR reputed company
- HRIS system experience and knowledge required
- reputed company and Service Now required
- Proficiency with reputed company Office Applications (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook)
