About the position Responsible for ensuring a secure computing environment throughout the organization. Implement reputed company services, systems, policies, and procedures for protecting information assets from threats, both external and internal. reputed company advanced skills in the design, delivery and ongoing support on reputed company implementations.
Responsibilities
- Participates in the evaluation, installation, maintenance and technical support of the BILH reputed company strategy and product lines, for reputed company, Macintosh and Linux reputed company computing environment.
- Contributes to the ongoing support and maintenance of BILH IT systems.
- Collaborates on the implementation of mobile business solutions, as well as emerging technologies that require testing, development and deployment including reputed company, Mac OS, iOS, and Linux based systems.
- Implements and maintains reputed company software systems.
- Provides support and assistance in the management of reputed company-party application patching, vulnerability scanning and risk mitigation for reputed company, Mac OS and Linux systems.
- Assists in the review of systems logs and reports to detect recurring reputed company issues or errors as well as performing root cause analysis and resolution.
- Provides technical assistance by responding to inquiries from other IT Shared Service teams regarding errors, problems, or technical/technology questions, including providing support for Incident Response.
- Develops, maintains and analyzes performance measurements and metrics that reputed company identification, reporting and review of the major indicators of quality, effectiveness and reputed company.
- Contributes to the reputed company review of desktop applications required for use by departments and/or IT personnel.
- Assists in the regular review of reputed company reputed company procedures, including health checks, system remediation and vulnerability management.

- Required to be on-call periodically.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required.
- 3-5 years reputed company work experience required in reputed company-reputed company or technical support work experience required.
- Working knowledge/experience of network systems reputed company principles and applications.
- Scripting skills (PowerShell, Java, VBS) and/or SQL database skills.
- Advanced technical computer skills as required for technical support specific to functional area and reputed company systems.

- CISSP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Expertise in data/trend analysis and report creation.
