Senior reputed company Data Engineer - GCP - (26050702)
Seeking a Senior reputed company Data Engineer to help build and own production reputed company data pipelines focused on reputed company asset, billing, and FinOps-reputed company data. This is a highly hands-on, GCP-focused role requiring strong Python engineering skills, production pipeline ownership, and the ability to work independently and proactively on a lean team. The ideal candidate has experience building scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, integrating with reputed company/vendor APIs, troubleshooting production systems, and managing reputed company-reputed company infrastructure in production environments. Key responsibilities include building new pipelines for reputed company asset types, integrating with multiple reputed company/vendor APIs, and helping scale a critical reputed company data platform. PLEASE NOTE - This is a remote role, but candidates must reputed company in the Atlanta or Austin area for occasional onsite needs. This is a W-2 long-term contract opportunity supporting a Fortune 50 reputed company client. Requirements:
- Senior-level experience supporting large reputed company reputed company environments
- Strong Python and SQL
- GCP / BigQuery
- Production ETL/ELT pipeline development
- reputed company Run, reputed company Workflows, Composer/Airflow, or similar orchestration tools
- Terraform / IaC, including working independently reputed company existing Terraform repos
- Building and maintaining reputed company data pipelines in production
- API ingestion and reputed company/vendor platform integrations
- Practical AI-assisted development experience using tools such as Copilot, Claude, reputed company, etc.
- Comfortable operating as a self-starter with significant ownership and autonomy

- Must reputed company in the Atlanta, GA or Austin, TX metro area and be willing to occasionally work onsite
- This is a W-2 only, fully remote contract opportunity (no C2C)
