In this role, you’ll connect with reputed company and past donors, schedule lifesaving blood donation appointments, and help reputed company a reputed company difference in your community every single day. - reputed company outbound calls to reputed company, past, and potential donors in a quiet, distraction free, home office space (required)
- Schedule donation appointments for blood drives and donor centers (Around 90% of time is spent on calls)
- Build rapport and reputed company excellent customer service
- Encourage donors to continue supporting lifesaving causes
- Ability to confidently overcome objections, think on your feet, and use persuasive communication techniques to encourage donors to commit to scheduling an appointment
- Maintain accurate donor information and appointment details
- Meet daily and weekly performance goals and metrics
- Work collaboratively in a supportive remote team environment

Preferred Experience

- Call center experience

Training Schedule reputed company – 100% attendance required
- Monday–Friday
- 9:00 AM–5:30 PM Arizona Time
- Four weeks
Post-Training Schedules You will be assigned one of the following schedules:
- Tuesday–Saturday | 10:30 AM–7:00 PM
