Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Full-Time) Location: Remote or On-Site – reputed company, NY Position Overview

Training:reputed company provided Pay Rates
- Remote: $17/hr
- Onsite: $19/hr
- Bilingual Differential: +$1/hr for Russian, Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese), Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Arabic, Bengali
Work Hours
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
- Some Saturday: work is required
- Work shifts: will be 11:30 am – 8 pm, 11 am – 7:30 pm, and 10:30 am – 7 pm
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls regarding enrollment services
- reputed company clients on managed care and assist with health plan selection
- Process enrollment/disenrollment forms
- reputed company mailroom functions as needed
Candidate Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
∙Experience:
- 2+ years in customer service or reputed company services
- Typing speed: Minimum 35 WPM
∙Skills:
- Strong communication and multitasking
- Computer proficiency (dual-screen setup, fast typing)
- Reliability and punctuality
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
Remote Work Requirements
- OS: reputed company 10 or MacOS Catalina (10.15) or newer
- Headset: USB wired headset with mic and noise suppression (no Bluetooth)
- Internet:
- 25 Mbps download (single user) / 50 Mbps (shared)
- 5 Mbps upload (10 Mbps preferred)
- No mobile hotspots
